How long cloud copies are kept
Cloud copies are kept for 30 days after you last open a project. Your local originals, projects and grades are never touched.

Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your plan page. Canceling stops the next charge. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account continues on Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for your first payment: ask within 7 days of paying and, if no export has been delivered to you, it is refunded in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, so cancel before the next period starts if you don't want it. Write to studio@leumos.ai from your account's email. The refund policy has the details.
Do you watermark exports?
No. No plan adds a watermark to your export, Free included.
What counts as a match?
Each reference match on a shot uses one match from your monthly allowance. Match shots also draws on the allowance when it sends shots for reference matching. Copy grade, AI Color Correction and the hands-on tools use none. If a match fails because of something on our side, it is put back automatically. The allowance starts again at the beginning of each calendar month, and unused matches don't carry over.
Can I try Leumos without an account?
Yes. Start free opens the studio in your desktop browser as a guest. You can import footage and try the looks and hands-on tools. Saving, reference matching, Match shots, Refine, Detect cuts, export, LUT download, cloud footage and MXF files need a free account. After about ten minutes the grading tools pause until you sign in, and your work stays in this browser.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs nothing and you can start without a credit card. It includes 10 reference matches a month, 1 GB cloud storage across the account, and 1080p 8-bit export, no watermark.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. There is no annual plan. If your browser is set to India, you pay in Indian rupees; everywhere else, you pay in US dollars. This page shows prices in the same currency.
